To start a return, please contact us via Whatsapp. We DO NOT REPLY FOR ANY EMAILS, so please only reach out to us through Whatsapp. Once you have contacted us, our team will guide you through the return process.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure that your return is processed correctly.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
